Trial #3 Catching My Elusive Sleep

It’s nearing 9.30 pm and I.Am.Exhausted.

I had very little sleep yesterday night and could not rest during lunch hour today (busy pumping & compiling/filing my files since it will be my last week in my current workplace, InshaaAllah).

Trying to leave a place that you enjoy working is very different from leaving a place that you couldn't stand.

Much better working environment compared to my last one, Alhamdulillah.

I pray to Allah that my next adventure would be even better than my current one, Aaminn.

The kids are having fun drawing, colouring and just enjoying each other’s company. I want to sleep but seeing them just hanging out together (in peace!) is my kind of heaven on earth.

So I’ll just let them play for a little while longer.

Just to prove that I am not kidding when I say I am exhausted, I forgot to take out my EBM from my pumping bag - totally slipped my mind until Devi asked me if I wanted to keep the milk in the fridge. Alhamdulillah for that huge reminder, Ya Allah. If not, I would have wasted my milk production for today.
